Although the 24/25 season has just ended the lack of information coming out of the club is again disappointing.
No indication of when, or if the retained / released list is forthcoming.
No admin progression for the club such as online season ticket purchases, season ticket seat reservations and online clubshop.
A distinct (albeit perceived on my part) lack of engagement with the local community to boost home attendances.
Year on year price increases with no discernable improvement in the overall match day experience.
Away fans are generally not complementary about their experiences at our ground.
I love CTFC, what being a supporter brings and meeting up with mates at the games, but, again, my perception is that the club is being run as a boys club for the few and not a community club for the many.

Same old same old in the title, and I couldn't put it better myself. However, that said in recent years the club have only published retained lists last week of May/first week on June. Still much later than most others, and maybe there's a reason for that, but on that point I wouldn't expect much movement

Club won't tell you anything because they're not bothered about fan engagement.
Anything that requires any effort is shut down.
Can't fault the footballing side of things, it's just everything else that is a let down. It's a damn shame because there is a good club there somewhere.
Shame that the club couldn't even be bothered to celebrate 25 years since the clubs trip to Wembley. I know the former players and fans met up in Bath for it which is lovely. (unfortunately I found out too late and had plans).
Absolutely no acknowledgement of the history of the club unless it puts them in a positive light (Tyrone Mings).
One day I will be able to purchase a season ticket from the comfort of my own bed and know that row 2, seat 5 is my seat for the season and I don't have to rush or worry that someone may be in it, I can watch with friends and not have to arrive 90 mins before the game in the pissing rain... It probably won't be at Chippenham though.

I’m sure the information about retained players will be published soon. Presumably we’ll have seen the last of A A-H (excellent player but can’t stay fit) and McClure, both among our highest earners I’d have thought? Also Alex Bray won’t be available following his serious knee injury (surgery this week I believe), so looking forward to seeing who we can get through the door to replace them. We need a few experienced players in imho if we’re to stay competitive in what will again be a very strong league. If we rely on too many Academy players we’ll struggle, no matter how much potential they might have.
As for the other comments re engagement with the community, improved match-day experience (all I’m really interested in is seeing more action in the oppositions penalty area, not watching Will Henry and the defenders attempt to play keep ball) etc etc - what I do know is that all those behind the scenes at the club work their socks off and deserve huge credit for keeping the club at, what is effectively, the top of the non-league tree. Of course there can improvements here and there but cut them some slack folks.
