As I have said before it doesn't matter what the rest do as long as we keep winning the title is ours. Did one of my rare away matches yesterday and thought the boys were magnificent as were our fans . From the opening moment we took the game to Basingstoke and played like we were the home team. Sandell ( who could easily have had a hat trick ) and Pratt kept their defence busy for the entire game right up until the final minutes when they kept the ball down in the oppositions corner for what seemed like ages. Matt Smith's opener certainly got everyone going only for it to be cancelled out by an unfortunate error by Chitty ( who otherwise had a great game), and then came that man Sandell to score what turned out to be the winner.Now home to Dunstable, so Chippenham fans turn up make some noise and cheer our team on to yet another victory, be the fans your team deserves.
