I surely cannot be the only one who never rated Coupe that highly either at Chippenham or more predominantly at Bath? Thought he had found his level at Mangotsfield to be brutally honest

Are we talking about the same Matt Coupe Insideleft ? To me he was past his sell by date when he joined us. Constantly injured and when he played he was way off the mark on pace. Just my opinion but very overrated and I was glad to see the back of him. When you consider Horgs is probably 5 years older than Coupey now, there is no comparison between the two players in my view. Best of luck to you Coupey, but when some young whippet flies past past you. leaving you on your backside, perhaps that may be telling you something !!!

Well it's all about opinion of course.  Matt is 40 next year.  Clearly he's not the player he was, and he's likely to get injured more frequently given his age and the way he plays.  But Charlie needs an organiser with some know-how, and a massive presence in the dressing room so, as a short-term solution, he's the sort of character required I would think.  
Completely different physique to Horgs, who's naturally lean, much like myself ;-)
