Totally agree with all the postings above on what was a thoroughly professional performance against a Cambridge City side, who were saved from an absolute mauling by their keeper who played a blinder.the whole game. He had no chance with the five he conceded, but I honestly think it would have been double figures without him. The boys look full of confidence now, and played with a freedom on Saturday which was a pleasure to watch. One point that Hobgoblin made was the crowd on Saturday- 314 !?!?!? Come on people of Chippenham. We have a team to be totally proud of now, and I do not know what else the team or the club can do to attract more punters. Talking to the boys in the bar after the game, and one of them mentioned 'there were so few people there, I knew them all by their first name by the end of the game' !!! Says it all really. Come on Chippenham - wake up - we have a quality football team now. COYMB
