Evesham appeal

Evesham's appeal re being placed in the Northern League is set for 14th June. It was due to be heard on 21st June but it was pointed out to the FA that date was after the SPL and NPL had held their respective  AGM's. I wonder what decision the FA have already reached?

Re: Evesham appeal

Evesham appeal successful. Cinderford told they must accept promotion, they are meeting tonight to decide whether to accept that decision or resign totally from the Southern League. So for the time being Corby are back in the Northern Premier. That might not last long!

Re: Evesham appeal

Taken from the Weymouth Forum: It might not be over yet. Cinderford might resign from the league. If they do that before Saturday's SL AGM, then changes will have to be made again, probably Stamford and Corby as before and then Tividale reprieved in NPL 1 South to fill the vacancy.

Re: Evesham appeal

I think we will play the season with 1 less team in our league. They cant just refuse to go up because theyll have no divison to play in. I reckon as with hereford theyll fold and we will play with 1 less.

Personally think they should give it a go. Theyll get bigger crowds with the away followings. Despite missing out on hereford.
