Horrendous results for us today.
We can no longer catch Leamington so there are only 2 places to aim for.
Redditch are now fresh for battle on Monday against Kettering - sure still not an easy game but 3 points and we can no longer pass them due to goal difference .
In the meantime Hungerford need to lose BOTH thier remaining games, but play Histon on Tuesday...
I also cant see Weymouth losing against Cirencester at home but Chesham away is trickier.
Our best shot is a draw redditch vs kettering leaving redditch knackerd in the last 2 games (us and Frome). This however hands Kettering a lifeline to take to Dorchester.
I cant see any of this working out.

Hoping for a bit more response.
Listen. The correct reaction is this: Control what we can control. 6 points.

The picture will be much clearer by Tuesday night when Kettering, Redditch, Weymouth and Hungerford have all played . So all we can do is win our remaining games. "We're Chippenham old boys and we sing when we want".

The picture is becoming clearer. Redditch are 0-2 up at half time.

Redditch won 2-1 - So a point from Hungerford in the last 2 games means we cant finish in 5th. - Discounting the performances of Weymouth/Kettering who both have 1 point more and same games as us.

GAME OVER!! Unfortunately it's too big an ask!! But A lot of positives and a lot of good things to take from this season moving forward. Few new additions and a renewed spirit in the camp, next season looks bright. Poole are up and out. Would like to see Redditch join them if I'm honest they have deserved it. Best team we have had down our place all season.

It may be over but apart from March ( what went on there????) we've had a great season, so lets give the boys a big thank you for the pleasure they have given us this season. So what is required is a large noisy crowd on Saturday to cheer the team on. " We're Chippenham old boys and we sing when we want".

yeah been memorable and still 2 games to go for our best finish since how long? For me i'd like Weymouth to sneak in. A club that should be playing at a higher level.
COYB!

Are our friends from Norway making their annual final home game pilgrimage?

Hungerford 0-3 up with a couple of minutes to go and seal a playoff position, putting it out of our reach. - and it's goodnight from me.
