We have signed Alec Fiddes from Yate town till the end of the season. They say he's a wide player so he should give us some width. He's in the squad for tomorrows Chesham match but Henry and Sandell are both missing.

Interesting to say this new player will give us some width when we already have 2 decent wide players but the management team don't seem keen on playing wide players. Luke and James are wide players and are rarely played out wide. OK Luke has been playing at full back out of necessity but what about Saturday when they were both on the bench and when James came on was playing down the middle. Nothing out wide at all.

Well said, maybe with Alec they might change this and play at least one proper winger. Bally is more of an attacking fullback than an out and out winger and I don't know why they play James in the middle of the park which leads into dead ends and the lose of the ball. What we need is a winger in the Sammy Allison mould who would take on defenders with his pace ( especially when playing down the slope) and then cross from the dead ball line.
