A bit off topic, but I stayed in a hotel a couple of miles south of Keswick at the weekend. We got cut off by flooding, with the enlarged lake and flood plain getting within 25m of the hotel. The water went off, so we were washing in mineral water and using buckets to flush the loo till the header tank emptied at any rate. Couldn't drive out on sunday, so stayed an extra night.
