Re: v Bideford

Up to 2nd now after Leamington could only draw with St Neots. Brilliant result. 2nd in the league come December. Everyone of us would have taken then start of the season. Only 6 points off Poole. Be nice if they wanted to bottle it again wouldn't it.

Re: v Bideford

I'm absolutely amazed and disappointed at the lack of comments on Tuesday's excellent win at Bideford. All wins are important, but this one in particular is crucial because it really puts the pressure on Poole Town now, and sends out a warning to the rest of front runners that CTFC are making a real go for it. I would have thought this win would have inspired CTFC supporters to give their congratulations to the squad for another job well done on this forum. We are in a strong position now, and probably have gained more points at this stage of the season than the whole of last season - that is worth praising in itself. Come on CTFC fans - let's hear from you.

Re: v Bideford

40 pts, I think would have seen us down last season.

Totally agree, let's also hope it will encourage some of the 45k population thru the gates to support the team :-)

Re: v Bideford

Don't usually comment on a game I have not seen but yes to be 2nd at the half way point of the season is great and Mark seems to have got the team firing on all cylinders. I must say that I agree with the previous post about numbers through the gate. I know our commercial manager is doing the business on the pitch but what's he doing off it to increase crowds and revenue? Apart from the quick updating of the fixture board outside the ground not a lot appears to being done, unless it happening out of sight of us supporters. Does anyone know?
