    Guess the Attendance - CTFC vs Maidstone

    Lots of talk about crowds of 1000 - 2000 + for the forthcoming FA Cup game so lets put it in writing on what you think it will be.

    Closest to the figure will win a prize personally supplied by me.....it will be a decent prize as well (probably from the club shop).

    Rockin - you must be a mind reader because I have just been discussing the catering arrangements for the VIP Lounge with the Chairman's wife, and she mentioned our General Manager has been in contact with Maidstone Utd for an idea of the number of travelling fans, and at this moment they estimate 500 approx will attend, which to be honest is a bit disappointing. On the other hand it gives Bluebird's fans to come to the ground in their hundreds to out-sing the opposition. This really is an opportunity for the people of Chippenham to come to the game, whether they are regulars like us, or those with a casual interest who might come again if we get the right result on the day. Hopefully that Maidstone figure will increase as there is still a long time for them to make travelling arrangements. I estimate 1750 at the game. I also predict CTFC will win 2-1, with Handy Andy grabbing a last minute winner - if only !!!  COYB

    Disappointed with 500!! I'd be more than happy with that many travelling at this level.

    Hope I'm wrong but we don't seem to attract many casual fans anymore - when was last time we had an attendance over 1,000?

    Going on the 500 away estimate, I'm gonna say 1,100.
