Not sure that's the case as apparently you have doubled what Smithy was on at Frome and we couldnt compete and keep hold of him.
Not sure what made Sibbeck come to Frome and our budget certainly isnt no more than last year as our attendences were down so the budget initiative is trying to get it back to sort of what it was
