Yesterday's result deserved and can't remember seeing Poole having a shot on target. Full credit though to both sides for trying doing their best on that pitch which made trying to play football nearly impossible. Inthebox in a previous topic referred to playing the long ball game. Well given the state of the pitch I would imagine difficult for the management team to decide how to play yesterday, run with the ball ( impossible) or play the long ball forward and see Poole's tall central defenders win most balls.
Also thought Sammy Allison had a good game but players made it quite easy for him as can't remember a bad foul in the game.
