Wasn't impressed with the referee at all. In first few minutes Omar practically had his shirt ripped off his back twice and ..... the referee ignored it so set his standard down right from the start. Interesting to read Dorchester manager's comments. Before he comments on opponents I would suggest he looks at how one or two of his own players approached the game.
Osman sending off not sure what happened but he shouldn't have got involved with Dorchester player and Harvey bit silly really. First booking seemed to be for talking back to the referee and don't quite know what second one was for. Man of match, all of them ran themselves into the ground.
Seemed a friendly bunch and even before the game one of their directors stopped and chatted with us.

FROM THE DORCHESTER ECHO
PHIL Simkin branded Chippenham Town “a bunch of experienced bullies” and Aaron Moody a referee “totally out of his depth” after the Magpies’ 1-0 defeat to the Bluebirds at the Avenue last night.Luke Ballinger’s first-half header proved to be the only goal of a fiery Southern Premier League clash, one which was dominated in the second period by the number of cards the Eastleigh official dished out to both sides.Toby Osman had already seen red inside the first few minutes of the match when team-mate Iain Harvey and Dorchester’s Steve Walker were dismissed in quick succession during the second half –a handful of other players were also cautioned.Speaking about Chippenham and the referee, Simkin said: “They (Chippenham) are just a bunch of experienced bullies, that’s what they are, and they were too much for our younger lads tonight.“It was our fault because we should have dealt with it, but you do expect an official to pick some of it up.“We got bullied by a bunch of bullies who were allowed to do it by a referee who was completely and totally out of his depth.“That has got to be the worst performance from a referee that I have seen for many, many, many years.“He just lost control of the whole game and it got farcical towards the end.“He was just booking people for anything in the end, and he didn’t stop what he should have stopped.”

For what appears to be a non-partisan view read the twitter comments of @Cliffyboy13. Also a critic of the ref "Probably the most incompetent, officious disgraceful reffing performance I have ever seen" and says that Kent was getting a lot of abuse from opposition fans which was not dealt with
