Re: Biggleswade

A very good all round team performance. Two really good goals, Lee  Philips with a powerful first half header into the bottom corner that the goal keeper could only stand and watch, followed by second half substitute Omar Simpson bursting clear and slotting the ball calmly into the into the net, a goal that will really boost his confidence.  Some real stand out performance today with new signing Alex Ferguson just getting my man of the match. Mark & Tom are building a side that is competitive at the right end of the table and it is coming together. We now need to follow up today's great win with a result at Redditch on Monday.

Re: Biggleswade

Great result - the trick is now to do it again.A good confidence boost for Lee to get off the mark. The defence will feel good as well with a clean sheet

Re: Biggleswade

They'll need some confidence tonight, by all accounts Cambridge should have been buried in the first half against Redditch on Saturday, as it was they went into the break 2-0 down. (Won 2-4 mind!)
