Thanks to fishnchips for posting last night's result. Pity nothing on club's website but no suprise there. Nice to see most of the squad got a game as in previous seasons games against lower league opposition were used many for trialists. I'll go to Calne next week but if previous seasons are anything to go by it will be mostly trailists most of whom you will not see again. In the past in the main  Chippenham's pre season friendlies have never been that inspiring but you did have one or two games which would have stretched the team but this year most of the games look little more than the next step up from a training session.
