Wow fair play to yan he's gone on leaps and bounds after he departed from us.

Not sure how many appearances he made for us when he came back from the States but he was with us for a month or two maybe? Anyway, good to see a Chippenham lad doing well. It inspires our kids when they see local lads playing at a decent level.

Departed from us? Did he ever play for us? He might have made an appearance for us but can't ever remember him being a regular.
Saw him play for us against Banbury and Cirencester and was not overly impressed however I think it is not uncommon for "better players" to struggle at our level because their team mates are not on the same "wave length" so what would be a telling pass if anticipated looks wasted when not. Interesting to see that Hungerford Town are already setting out their stall as promotion contenders for next season with the signings of experienced midfielder Michael Pook (ex Swindon Town 109 appearances) from Oxford City and prolific goalscorer Lee Smith (51 goals from 38 league and cup matches) from Cirencester Town.

Now that is a big statement of intent from hungerford (moneybags),we should be signing some players before they get snapped up.
