After yesterday's debacle it's clear we have some major problems which run deep. There was a severe lack of fight and passion which is the biggest concern.

Is winter out of his depth? Does he have the contacts to bring in the right players? The message from the board is that the money is there.

Phillips was apparently injured...the senior players need to man up as they are key to our survival. We have too many luxury players which add very little.

I'm going to ignore the frome result but if we are having a similar conversation this time next week, action must be taken.
