Re: Have we turned the corner??

Rudge in his prime when he was in his first spell at Chipp would be a great addition to the squad

Re: Have we turned the corner??

Blue moon mate, john is the best keeper we've had for a long time. The centre half situation was and still our problem

Re: Have we turned the corner??

He's a good keeper but better than Bittner or Puddy, no chance

It's not just the cb's, it's the entire back four.

Re: Have we turned the corner??

Knappy, it must be tiring being right all the time

Well, I can't really comment on the performance away at Burnham, but it seems unfair to critiscize Ben John. He often shows that he has the capability to produce fantastic saves, it's just a matter of replicating them. Having a disorganised defence in front of him makes his job extremely challenging!

Tovey and Murray are inexperienced and we can't be too hard on them, they're good lads but they've been thrown in at the deep end keeping hold back there, Tindle needs to have more of a hold over the positions around him. Allward is a reasonable player but really needs to get his act together and stay focused.
We really, desperately need a good, strong, experienced and communicative center back.

Re: Have we turned the corner??

How did Luke Murden do, besides the goal? Is he looking properly fit again?
