Any news on signing of new centre backs ?
I read in gazzette that Winter would not be rushed into signing player. Centre back issue has been know about since beginning of September , over three weeks ago so how much more time does the club want before making the signings we desperately need ?

I've not heard any news. No idea why Murray didn't play against Bedford, considering that we really need the strength and height of Alan Griffin up front, both for lay-offs and his ability to find the back of the net. He works hard as a center back, but it's really not his best position. Lee Phillips is a really dedicated player and has been unlucky recently, I feel he'd be much more dangerous if he could get more balls fed to him from having a big man like Griffin up front alongside him.

A lot of the problem isn't even the individual defenders though, but the lack of organisation in defence. They always seem to be unsure of where to position themselves, and it turns into utter panic when they're under pressure from the opposition. Needs sorting out, Steve.
