Little to say, really. The worst half of football I have seen us play in 180 plus games of watching CTFC. Defensively at sea, midfield anonymous and missing in combat. In some ways, one of our very worst and most debilitating defeats. I'll go to Malvern in the hope of the rot stopping, but the omens for the future and specifically for the Management team don't look promising after that display.

I will not step foot in the ground again until Horgan goes. I am sick and tired of wasting money watching such crap. The management team is completely useless and the chairman needs to act now - how many other clubs would put up with it!!

Think previous posts sum up a lot of fans feelings. Out thought and out fought by a not particularly great side who deserved to win.
The tactics and team selection baffling. You are playing at home and team selection and tactics are geared to a negative approach. One striker on the pitch and 3 on the bench. Maybe someone can explain the thinking behind that especially when the goals are flowing! And for every corner why bring all 11 players which mean the opposition can push more players forward and if we do get possession as happened once or twice today the keeper clear the ball up field to.
And finally why get a midfielder in on loan and let one of the new signings go,who happens to be a midfielder,go.
Don't know where we would be without Luke Haines. Wonder what his thoughts are now after deciding to stay.
At least today's performance has saved me some cash as was going to Malvern on Monday but not wasting time or money after today

Sad to see the club going to rats. Rot is setting in. As for this hybrid development model - it is crap.
Style of play is disjointed rubbish and as mentioned above continues to be negative even in the SLP.
Tactics are baffling. Too many people who are not up to the job, having too much input perhaps?
Recruitment continues to be all over the place and poor. Not even September and a new recruit to this so called model is gone.
The team continue to look poorly coached and with younger undeveloped players this stands out a mile.
Been among the many who think Horgan should have gone last season. Strongly believe he should go now and the rest of his management team should go with him.The longer it goes on you have to wonder what the chairman is seeing!

Not going to say anything about the game, if you were there that was enough punishment.
The very poor crowd, lack of any atmosphere and completely empty bar speaks volumes.
Honestly I ask you all which of these players are full time in the so called hybrid system? You have to be joking.
Something needs to change.

That was bad today. We was lucky they couldn't finish otherwise could have easily three or four more.
Two things stood out to me that things are not working. Firstly, again, we have a number of forwards at the club but only start one then our only plan b when we're losing is to bring on and chuck them all upfront and the tallest one on the wing!
Secondly twice midway in the second half we show very poor knowledge of new rules that have come in this season. Sanca panics when the ref counts down his throw in and commits a foul throw. Then a few minutes later Richards-Everton dawdles off when substituted and poffley has to wait until next break in play to come on.
This is definitely a transition season with practically a whole new squad but it still shouldn't be this bad

Today’s game must have touched a nerve Six replies to a post in just over a hour, must be a record.Berkhampstead we’re there for the taking but get again we let a golden opportunity slip by. Nobody today can be happy with their performance,even the dependable Luke Haines was average but still probably our best player.If we can’t the basics right we are going to struggle.I think every player should look at themselves and ask do they really want to play for Chippenham.The badge says pride and passion so let’s see some.Hopefully we can change things and climb up the league and win some cup games to kick start our season, if not September and beyond is going to be tough going.

Maybe it is about time that those running the club actually show some leadership and make a proactive decision - respecting those who pay regularly on the gate. Get a brand new management team from outside with new ideas and an idea of progressing again with some entertaining football - not too much to ask in my opinion. Scrap this development nonsense which the majority of followers don't buy into and is incompatible with senior football. Get a team on the pitch with a few proven players who the fans can get behind. Never know it might catch a wave - people who have drifted away returning and new fans being invested. Big changes are needed - club is in worrying decline.
