    Perimeter wall

    The F.A. have announced that solid brick/concrete/breeze block perimeter walls are banned. Clubs must remove and replace them or provide a protective cover with financial assistance being provided by the F.A.

    Well overdue and appalling that this is issued now just as the season starts- certainly an issue at our ground although it's not something that requires immediate action

    "Matches may continue to be played at affected grounds during this period; however, clubs should assess the safety of their pitch perimeter barriers on an ongoing basis, and where alterations to these structures have been recommended during this review, they should develop a plan to complete any such alterations within a reasonable timeframe."
