Playing for Larkhall next season then. What a waste

That's sad to hear, both players that can do a good job for us. Well, good luck lads

Think they've decided to go somewhere where the management will treat them with some respect, Larkhall should have a good side next year even without Gary Thorne.

Taken from their website:
Our first-team manager Wayne Thorne and his assistant Lee Collier have assembled a very strong squad as we aim for Western League victory and promotion to the Southern League. Virtually the complete 2012-13 squad have re-signed despite interest from other clubs. We are sorry to see Andy Gilbert, Kieran Baggs and Gary Thorne depart but we are excited about some new signings: Steve Casey (ex-Chippenham), Scott Lye (also ex-Chippenham), Danny Jones, Rob Smart (ex-Bishop Sutton) and Rob Hobbs (who crosses over from BA2) have joined the Larks, and we are also delighted that Steve 'Bridgo' Bridges has signed on after his loan spell last season.
With such a fantastic squad we are sure to be contenders in all league and cup competitions in our centenary season.
Up the Larks!

I would have thought Larkhall,s ground would need an awful lot of money spent on it to get it up to the level required for Southern League.

They allowed Poole's school field in so why not Larkhall!

Access to the ground would seem to be the main issue
