Re: V Slough Town

Played 2 up front again and 2:0 up.
Then threw it away it appears with 2 yellows for Williams and 2 goals in 2 minutes.

Re: V Slough Town

Decent point there, would have taken that before the game.  4 points from two very tricky away games these last few days - well done all.

Re: V Slough Town

Good performance today, and on another day we’d have taken all three if not for a card-happy ref.

Very tough place to go, they’re unbeaten in 17 at home now but we put that under serious threat.

Spokes was brilliant, was inches away from a brace of free kick goals that would have put the game to bed. AAH is a different animal up top. Certainly starting to click.

Re: V Slough Town

So we started with 6 defenders then? Intriguing.

Actually Fas and Aaron Amadi-Holloway started up front. Their commentators were full of praise for AAH saying that Slough's centre backs couldn't hold him. Their manager said the same in his post match interview (he was disappointed they didn't get a winner in the 10 added-on minutes).

Re: V Slough Town

I thought that was the case, else we’d be playing 6 defenders. Funny Old Game talking rubbish again then.
