    Our Academy

    For those of you who don’t use social media, our Academies U19 today won their league with a win down in Plymouth. That’s two league titles last season and a National league and cup double this season.  We all know what the academy has produced for the club so far but I think it’s remarkable that we are regularly competing across the country in these competitions.

    Well done to Joe, the staff and all the players on another great achievement.

    That really is an incredible achievement by Joe, the boys and all concerned with their success over the last two seasons. Clearly the Academy is a valuable asset to the Club, considering the number of academy players that have progressed to the 1st Team Squad. Well Done All.

    I echo what others have said.

    Huge achievement for Joe and all the other coaches and staff that make it happen.

    There is a pool of academy products that I would love to see get some NLS action this season as we have seen in previous seasons. Not a lot of clubs can boast that development path. Kudos to all involved.

    Shame that the club doesnt consider this achievement worthy of note apparently. Searched yesterday in vain to find any info. The Academy Fb page didnt even have any info.

    I think you’ll find it is on there. You’ll need to update your apps on your Windows 96 software.

    I still think it is poor that the primary website for Chippenham Town FC makes no mention of the outstanding achievents by their under 19 Academy side. Surely it should feature in the News section? Good job Funny old Game took the trouble to spread the word
