Will Henry stays, plus Jake Evans (Hungerford’s top scorer), Tyreke Johnson (Spent last season on loan at Chelmsford), Luke Haines and Tom Owen-Evans all join/return.

If that’s true, then great signings!!!!
Is this how we announce and welcome new signings? One paragraph at the end of an existing players contract announcement?

On the signings. Looks like great business, good players at a nice age.
Very excited that Tom Owen-Evans is with us. Fantastic player.

After noting Funnyoldgame's gracious apology to Forum Administrator/Blackpool Bluebird/ Club "webmeister" for a rather precipitate moan about announcements, I really welcome the newcomers and particularly news of the retention of Will Henry. A GK of his quality inspires real confidence in those just on front of him. The great imponderable for me is the CB situation, with no Ollie T and Spencer H .. Gary H is presumably busting a gut to secure replacement(s) there. I presume that Luke Haines won't be asked to take on that role? Or maybe.....? Looks increasingly like we have lost last season's midfield (judging by the above recruitment). Luke H looks as though he will be the new Russe to drive things forward with his 100% commitment and desire ( assuming the latter is, indeed, on his way elsewhere). Luke is a great example to others.
Obviously, more yet to be decided I should imagine....losses and gains alike.

I think Haines is more of a CB nowadays, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him deployed there for us, replacing Hamilton.

I had a strong feeling that Luke Haines would re-join having left Hereford F.C., and it would not surprise me if he was made Captain following Spencer’s move away. It does seem very quiet on who from last season’s squad are staying, and apart from the two lads who have gone, who may also be going ? Thoughts anyone ? I do hope Joe Parker and Ed Jones re-sign, as I really rate those guys COYMB

Haines and Richards at centre back sounds good to me.
