Have signed Dover Athletic’s top scorer Alfie Pavey.

Re: Braintree

Well what can I say after watching that dreadful clueless performance this afternoon. I can see no signs of improvement and we are relegation bound

Re: Braintree

My thoughts exactly - down down deeper and down. Why didn't we make earlier subs?

Re: Braintree

Where have all the supporters gone.No football at Chippenham for a month, and we get a very poor attendance.Saying that for those who turned up witnessed a very poor Chippenham performance. Struggled to put passes together, misplaced passes. All very well having signed a proven goal scorer, but he needs decent balls in the box.Hopefully this was just a minor setback and we can get back to winning ways, but it would be nice to see a Saturday league win at home,it’s been a while since that has happened. This is the time when Chippenham Town FC need the support of the people of the town.At least today only Weymouth and Taunton won in the bottom half of the league.I’m sure we have the players and management to pull away from the relegation area,so let’s make a start now.

I agree with all of that. Particularly surprised by the attendance, I would have expected more. One thing I would add is that the performance of the officials was totally bizarre. They are there to officiate and see fair play, not to be the centre of attention.
