Re: Hendon

Well it was a win, but we are shocking going forward, we break and there is no support, midfield take an age to get forward, major problems up front.  Now we are without Will Richards and Will Tizzard for next 3 games. Unless there were injuries problems could not understand why, we had at least 4 better players on the bench, than on the pitch. Some of the needless fouls we were giving away, will get punished by better teams. Anyhow looking forward to the Lincoln game, but need some talent up front.

Re: Hendon

I think Richards will only get one game, fingers crossed .

Re: Hendon

We were poor last night. Worst I've seen us all season, no creativity at all. A better quality team would have done us 3-0 easily last night, luckily for us Hendon couldn't finish. That said we won the game and thats all that matters.

Re: Hendon

Hope Fasanmade isn’t out for to long.He was a big miss last night, thought Jordon Young ran his socks off with little support.Having listened to Wiltshire Radio today, the only person who thought the after match antics was more than just handbags was the referee. Was four red cards and one yellow a over reaction. Also why wasn’t Dan Griffiths recalled or was he cup-tied or has he left the club.

Re: Hendon

If Fasanmade was injured why was a named substitute ?

Re: Hendon

He didn’t take part in the warm up.He also picked up a knock on Saturday and was substituted late on.Thought it was a interesting substitution last night Greenslade off and Tizzard on.Certainly not like for like

That was the moment it was clear we were going to just going to put everyone behind the ball against our illustrious opponents

What a decision it was too as Hamilton was getting ran ragged by their 9 and 10 in behind. Not sure Will made a save once we put a third defender on.  Likely a change that secured the prize money and Lincoln fixture?

Can someone remind me the last time we were a total football attacking side?  I have down when Andy Sandel played for the club. Has everyone forgotten how average this squad was for most part of last season until a late surge?

That starting 11 had 2 new players from the current management team, everyone else was signed by the previous manager. Eddie Jones a technicality. Do you expect a transformation in the style of play?  They are a hard grafting, hard to beat team and if they were hard working and could pass they would be at Ebbsfleet by now on twice the money.
