Ashamed!!!

Charged by the FA, what more is Nathan going to do to being this great club into a laughing stock and take Feyer with him. I have also heard today in town that we might still have a racial complaint hanging over us from our game at Bishop Cleeve in the FA cup. If this is true, I dont believe we can drop any lower. Scott Lye has left the club and as Insideleft says the club has now turned into a Bristol side.
I am very confident that we will stay up, but why not put Matty Bown and say Adi Harris or one of the more experienced lads to help and get some credibility back into the club.
See you on Monday against Chesham and good luck at HItchin on Saturday.
I am one of the many disilluisoned supporters, John, Neil and Doug!

Re: Ashamed!!!

Don't see how Rudge can be held responsible for what happened against St Neots.

Re: Ashamed!!!

No he is not. I see him every Saturday and he will be on the coach going to Hitchin. Thats why I am ashamed what our club is turning into.

He is the manager. Of course he is responsible for the players. Our discipline this season has been shocking!

Re: Ashamed!!!

However.
Nathan Rudge, Chippenham Town FC
Bishops Cleeve v Chippenham Town
The FA Cup with Budweiser, 22 September 2012
FA Rule E3 – use of abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards an opponent. Further alleged that breach included a reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race within meaning of E3(2)

Re: Ashamed!!!

Innocent until proven guilty......but if found guilty it would be one of the darkest days for CTFC and surely action would have to be taken.

Is it true that Scott Lye has departed? I have not seen anything official or unofficial for that matter. If true then it must be the biggest indication of just how bad the dressing room is.

Re: Ashamed!!!

unfortunately you have been turned into a typical "Bristol" non-league side - go and watch some of their youth teams in action and you will see what I mean and it's no surprise they turn out the way they do. Rudge was out of order more than once in the game against us but got away with it - the chickens are now coming home to roost.

Shame for Chippenham, hope it's not a points deduction but would be handy for us!

Re: Ashamed!!!

Deffo innocent until proven guilty, but if he is found guilty maybe this is the getout clause the club has been waiting for as it's been running for a while. Depends on the words in the contract.

Exactly, when he smacked that ball into the dugout from point blank range he should of had that tango shine slapped from his face!!!

Re: Ashamed!!!

Agreed innocent until proven. Scott Lye has left. Like to thank Scott for his massive contribution.
Shame he never lived in Bristol.
What punishment did we get today?
Whether Rudgy gets proven or not how as a club can we condone or accept:
1) The season
2) Being charged by the FA
3) A racist charge against him
4) All local players leaving (even Griff was told he could go a month or so ago.)
5. A spectator hitting an opposition player and no action being taken.

As I stated earlier, I will be at HP on Monday as I won't walk away when things get tough, but I can't defend the club when asked about these incidents and nor should I!!!
