Nearly didn't go today. Wish now that I hadn't. Perfectly ok to shoot on sight, but not when you can't hit the target. All that first half possession and nothing to show for it. Second half was always going to be difficult and Uxbridge looked the more likely scorers throughout it, with one goal always likely to be enough given the conditions. Being a home supporter this season is turning out to be very painful. That wonderful friendly against Eastleigh seems a long time ago now.....

Fingers have only just unfrozen to type. Long day, horrendous weather mirrored by the result. Performance wasn’t terrible like the Hastings game. However, football is at its core, sticking the ball in the net and unfortunately some 20+ shots logged by the analyst and their keeper hasn’t been tested once outside of Rowe’s first half effort. That’s not good enough. December is going to be a painful month if a solution to that problem cannot be found, and not just because of the frostbite!! Big job ahead..
It's lucky that only 1 team is going down this season, seems like we are going through the motoins .
