So both Will and Harry have signed for Chippenham, almost royalty.

Don't know anything about Harry, but Will Richards is a great signing. In my opinion as good a defender as you will find at this level and capable of chipping in with a goal from time to time. Very pleased to have him back!

Absolutely amazing news about resigning Will. To echo the sentiments of others, he is as good as you will find at the level and a massive statement of intent from the board and management and with players coming off trial at pro clubs soon to be back in the fold, I am certain Cooky has his eyes on a few more bodies as we come to the end of our pre season prep.
For those who have managed to get along to the Pre Season fixtures so far, Harry Warwick's signature will come as no surprise. 3 goals in 2 games, including that wonder strike against Cirencester. He has really shown his ability over the first 3-4 games and is another lad who can be a big signing for us up the top of the park.
Will and Harry should both be available for selection tonight against Eastleigh as fully fledged Bluebirds! Eastleigh themselves have made a huge signing yesterday in Jake Hesketh from Southampton who in 2016 was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, how different things could have been for the lad who now lines up in the National League for the upcoming season but at that level, what a player!
Great time to be CTFC at the moment, careful Mike, many more signings like these two and the P word will start getting batted around again ;)

How far off match fitness is Will? - surely he hasn't played for a while

Must admit I thought he was going to sign for Bath. I suppose the fact they signed Gerring from Woking probably restricted their budget so (hopeully) we are the beneficiaries. Having said that if the stories have some truth the fee + sell on they received for Wilson should have given them a fair amount to play with.

I think any doubts over his fitness were stemmed during the game against Eastleigh, doesn't look like he ever left us! It's been well documented that he has played two games in pre season for Bath (Boo) but most importantly been keeping himself very active in Oz and playing games at the local level out there. Obviously very fit lad but match fitness and sharpness doesn't appear to be lacking either! Exciting times for Chippenham
