I like Joiner have been a loyal supporter for many years.  Action should of been taken after the Bideford defeat, where else does a manager keep his job after 15 games without a win? My last away game was at Stourbridge where our shocking run started.  I will be going to Totton in a few weeks but gone are the days when the supporters club used to run regular coaches.  Some  supporters who used to go on the coaches don't even attend home games anymore.  Do we still have a supporters club???? All I can think of is the board may think relegation is a cheaper option, more local games which may result in higher gates.  It's a real shame.  Watched Chippenham Park on Saturday, a tidy team who try and play the right way.  Will be good to see them in the Western League next season.

In sorry but in the current situation quality goes out the window, points and preferably 3 are the order of the day.

regarding the website I don't know how many times I need to repeat myself but the amount of assistance offered over the years which has been ignored has been quiet frankly disgraceful.

 

Having returned from a weekend in the big smoke I have just spent the last half hour reading this every increasing post. My views are as following.

Onfield
Another weekend and another performance which realy does put us up the creak without a paddle. I am now convinced that we are doomed. Our final nine games sees us play Cambridge (currently 9th), Leamington (1st),  Totton (11th), Hitchin (21st), Chesham (8th), Kettering (22nd), St Albans (7th), St Neots (13th) and Stourbridge (2nd) with the exception of Hitchin and Kettering I can not see us getting any other wins and bearing in mind that both those games are away it would not surprise me if we return with nothing. We have not seen three points for 15 games where as the other around us have been picking up wins....it aint looking good. I love CTFC and will always give credit where it is due but you have to face the harse reality of the situation. The board have to act, when the manager starts attacking current and past players instead of backing the current squad and saying we are coming out fighting for the remaining games then he has to go. We fans have not confidence in the current management set-up and installing a new manager NOW will give us a chance of survival and us fans will see that the current farce is being addressed. If the right person is put in charge (and I know who I want) it would be a shot in the arm that the club is desparate for.
Off field
I read the latest attack by the CTFC website with amazement. Is this the true view of the club or the act of a meglomaniac? if its sanctioned by the club then I bid the club farewell and good luck for the future, I will not stand being talked to like that when I pay my money and support a team that I stupidly beleived wanted to listen to the fans. If it is the act of one person then they have to be brought to order. As other have said if you cant do the job then dont do it, I read that there have been offers of help in the past which have been turned away, so the buck stops with that person. I like many fans want to know what team played on Saturday and how we performed, that is a basic request. If people are sick and unable to attend then why not make to the first update on the website and make apologies instead of doing nothing and then attacking people when questions are asked....unbeleivable.
