After making enquiries all week and busting a gut to reach as many as possible with the news and approach them regarding seats.. We are now well over the halfway mark required to run the coach.
It’s now reliant on seeing those Saturday who may not be online, social media, forum etc. However, this is a plea to all you good people that are.
With over 50% of the coach minimum required now filled we are in that territory or if it doesn’t run more people are let down than I or the club would like, so if you are umming and arring and sat on the fence, bite the bullet and drop me a line to reserve your seat. We want as many of the Blue Army to join Mark and the lads as possible, they truly love that support and away games are such a nice vibe. If you are a seasoned vet or never been away with us before don’t worry, there’s room for all and always a conversation to be had about the bluebirds!!

Imagine Slough on a revenge mission tomorrow, wounded animal and all that, I hope we are not in cup hanger over mood. Two two draw for me, 625 in attendance.

One thing we have already seen this year is to beat Slough we are going to have to be at our very best and a little bit lucky. Tremendous football playing side that will need no motivation but certainly won’t mind taking a little revenge for the FA Cup heroics..
One thing to be mindful of even for the most staunch of optimists is that in a straight contest head over heart, we are very much the underdogs here. They are flying in the league, I think we are the only team to beat them in Christ knows how long. Can we do it again? Yes but do we need to be overthinking a potential defeat. Absolutely not, this team aren’t in any way cup hungover, a little battered and bruised in some cases but the team that starts tomorrow will be ready to fight for the cause..
Up the national league we go!!
