I’ve heard that we have sold 1600 tickets with tickets on sale tomorrow night. People have had enough time to buy tickets this has been on social media for the last two weeks. There are probably reason why it is all tickets which has been said from the start. If people want to know all of the answers rather than moaning on here then perhaps they need to get more involved with the football club.

I thought the forum was here to discuss all about the  club.

We’re all allowed an opinion, especially on an unofficial forum.

Everyone on here wants to see the club get the most out of this Sunday as possible and we’re allowed to discuss ways they could do this. Now that the club have confirmed that it’s going to be on Points West Friday at 6:45, that gives people in the town 1 hour to get to the ground and buy tickets if they didn’t already know about the match. I feel like a Saturday morning sale isn’t a bad idea, but I sure the club have valid reasons for not doing it.

Oh, and this whole “they need to get more involved with the club” - many of us have and many of us here actively are

If you actively are then you will know all of the answers

Bit difficult when you no longer live in the area. And I still no people who actively help out the club but wouldn’t know the reasonings behind this.

Re: The Big Game...

This forum is unofficial but quite clearly the topic is CTFC. I'm sure all our users, whether critical of the club/personnel or not want the best for the club.

I can't spare any time on Saturday but it would be lovely if someone could volunteer to man the bar/ticket shop for extra ticket sales on Saturday (if at all possible).

I'm sure the club have sold tons of tickets and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say Sunday can't come quickly enough and COYMB.

Re: The Big Game...

Interesting that it’s on that side of the ground and not the the other, no? Better view on the other side I’d have thought, witch much more space to?

Ah well, beggars can’t be choosers and when they’re paying!

Maybe todo with the low sun dropping behind the main stand.

Probably due to access issues for their wagons around the "tennis club corner".

Re: The Big Game...

I did wander up to the ground yesterday and was told exactly that, and that came from the scaffolding company, will hinder my view unfortunately but I don’t think the club had a option,
