Game we deserved to win, created good chances and out played and out passed Welling, two points dropped, so that in its self shows how far we have come. Roll on Sunday, huge crowd I hope. Any ideas on ticket sales ?

I bought mine Wednesday evening, at which time we'd already cleared a 1,000 tickets.

As of Tuesday afternoon Northampton had sold around 550 terrace tickets and all of their seat allocation.
With a bit of luck total ticket sales should exceed 2,000 by the time they're removed from sale next Friday.

Back to yesterday - one of those "should have won it, could have lost it" games, but another two points dropped unfortunately. Good game overall, especially considering the conditions.

Yesterday was the best chance to shift the bulk of the tickets, it will be bad if we can't go past 2000.

Not a classic. But with the wind and the torrential rain it was never going to be. Yes Definitely should have been 3 points. I think players without really knowing there doing it have 20% of there minds on next week. And I’m sure if we weren’t playing Northampton next week we would have taken the 3 points. Welling weren’t a great side. But I thought there big centre back and centre forward we’re excellent. And there captain and big centre back kept them in the game. With countless blocks and interceptions. Well next week can’t come round quick enough for me. Northampton won’t be looking forward to coming to our place. But there form has been good of late. But I reckon they’d take the replay if there manager was offered that before kick off. Good luck to Mark, Horgs and the lads next Sunday. Thats Eleven games unbeaten now. Wouldn’t it be fantastic to make it Twelve. I have a feeling Karnell with his pace could trouble the Northampton defenders. Well we’ll soon find out. I’m in the optimistic army so I’ll go 2-1 to Chippenham. 😎😀

Even given the conditions, I thought we were poor with the exception of Richards and Whelan, and Welling deserved the point. Two blokes watching in the stands from Northampton left before the end and can't think they saw much to trouble them.

Lull them into a false sense of security, you love to see it
