Lost 3.-2, what a sorry state of affairs.
Fair paly to Redditch, they took the chances that were given, I wish them well.

Its time for Rudge to go, he is out of his depth as a manager

Re: Latest - Chip 1 - 1 Reddich

Well what can be said that hasn`t been said in the recent weeks comments concerning the teams performances. Never once did I actually think we would walk away with the 3 points today. For me the problems are at the back, Rollo looks like the veteran players that he is and didnt seem capable of turning with met with a runner, and as for Rudgeys (on field) performance, slow and distribution woeful.

Whatever happens in the coming days we must do something about the defence and try and get some confidence back in the team. Harvey, Tindle, Griffiths, Griffin and Osman tried to carry the team today but to be honest we just look all at sea.

Re: Latest - Chip 1 - 1 Reddich

Some of our play was absolutely laughable. Guthrie took a free kick in the first half from out wide on the left. Our players were all lined up just outside of the box. Somehow Guthrie managed to hit the ball not in front of them as you might expect, but behind them and with enough force to send the ball out for a throw in on the opposite side of the pitch. I lost count of the number of times Nathan screwed up his clearances. His best move was when he subbed himself.

According to Ian Longdon who was fronting BBC Radio Wiltshire's sports program, 7 calls were made to Nathan's mobile for his post-match views, but all went straight to his answerphone.

Re: Latest - Chip 1 - 1 Reddich

Just been looking back at the results, we last won a game on  1 December, against Kettering, so I make that 11 games since we last won.
We have lost 5 and drawn 6, scoring 10 goals and letting in 19
The statistics talk for themselves, it relegation form.
I guess most of the fans knew before today’s games that we were in a fight to stay in this league, but after today’s capitulation  against another team struggling we all know we are in a big fight to stay in the league
Here is a plea to the board,  change the management of the team before it’s too late..!

Re: Latest - Chip 1 - 1 Reddich

The positives were that the goals we scored were good - sweet cross from Griffiths to Griffin for the first and it was Kite, who came on for Rudge, who scored number two. Tindle's own goal really shouldnt be classed as such as it seemed to me that it was going in anyway and he was trying to clear it. But even at 2-1, we didn't play like we wanted to keep that lead

If Rudge was a gamble or an affordable option we'll never know. That said, to my eyes there must be some things going on behind the scenes that cause the lack of team spirit that is so visible. This is throughout the team, not just the few players brought in by Rudge and Feyer - for example Casey seems short of pace and out of sorts (the redditch number 9 should have had more goals - noone including Casey could handle him or took the responsibility to man mark him) and the body language of other stalwarts such as Lye and Griffin is telling too. Too many of the others don't put in a full shift (eg Griffiths, Phillips) or are showing themselves to be just not good enough at this level (Osman, Johns, Guthrie)

On the strength of that performance then I don't see how relegation can be avoided unless other teams are in dire straits for other reasons  - obviously the management carries most of the responsibility for that, but right now I'm wondering if we don't need a complete refresh of the squad.

Where are the new finds to try out with our structure including Park FC and FC Res that the board set up?
