Another example.of 1rule for the rich and another for the poor

How many non league sides have been thrown out of the fa cup for varying reasons over player eligibility? Ring any bells? After fouling up on their paper work LEAGUE side Bradford City have won their appeal (they could afford to appeal) and have been reinstated

Yes brings back bad memories - does seem to be a different set of rules.

At least their player used his own name and wasn't already suspended.....

Wasn't their case helped by the game being moved to Friday and had they played on the Saturday as originally planned they wouldn't have a problem.

The FA report after our hearing was quite clear - any infringement of playing an inelegible player is automatic exclusion from the competition. Although harsh it stops any accusations of bias - until now that is. The FA are opening themselves up to the same criticism as FIFA -
