Played well first half, especially Lye and Harris in midfield. Griffiths took his goal well. Knighton missed a great chance just before half time, one on one with the keeper, if he scored we would of been 2 up and comfortable. Second half we got deeper and deeper, the only chance we created was a Phillips header which went wide. They did'nt create much until out of the blue one of their players made a good run which resulted in a pen (it was a penalty). We were then hanging on and in the 3rd minute of injury time they scored the winner. Only ourselves to blame, Stourbridge were there for the taking. A message to Rudgy, the players who were subbed took an age to leave the field and the ref always adds on the time, they scored the winner in injury time.

Agree 100% Swayne. 1st half we were by far the better team, keeping the ball and closing down at every oppourtunity, we could have been 4 up going into the break, goal line clearance by their number 6 kept out Griffiths first attempt and Knighton had a great chance but their keeper (Solly) done well to to marshal him to the left and pull off a well timed save. Carbon copy of Griffiths 1st attempt put us one up with a great effort across goal from the edge of the area. Just before he break Solly made another fine save from Knighton when one on one, you would have put your mortgage on Knighton finding the net but it wasn`t to be.
Second half was a different affair, Stourbridge closed us down and we had only a few expeditions into their half. To me the penalty looked legitimate but I was at the far end, our time wasting cost us and Stourbridge got the winner.
Also hearing that a unsavory remark was made to one of our players by a Stourbridge fan at the end
In short.....did we deserve the win...maybe, did we deserve a draw....Yes defo, did we deserve nothing from the game....No
