Looking forward to tomorrows game against East Thurrock, hoping for a another good turn out!
Will be interesting to see what the starting 11 is, guessing it all depends on the injuries situation! Do we have any updates on that front?

Team will be interesting, no news on Sandell or Richards as yet. When do the suspensions start from Tuesday's game that will have a bearing on selection, no Beeds or Jones.

Richards should be back, Suspension for Beeden won't start until next Saturday. They were hoping to get Jones sending off rescinded. Sandell could feature!

Talk about a game of two halves. I thought this was going to be a repeat of Bath. We were in total control in the first 45 minutes and could of had 3 or 4 rather than just the 2 goals we scored, but after the break they appeared to have had a change of game plan and for long periods hardly let us have the ball. It looked like we could lose the game which would have been hard after our first half performance . In the last 15 minutes we could have / should have got the winner. Thought that we didn't play to our strengths and play the ball on the ground, instead lots of punt and hope balls that rarely found the target. J. M-W did well when he came on but it was all back to goal stuff could be more effective facing the target. " We're Chippenham old boys and we sing when we want."

Didn't it occur to you the opposition deserve credit. JMW is a hold up player hence.

Although I agree with what you have said, I thought they came into the second half with a completely different attitude when most teams would have collapsed, thought they were a very good side but with that said at 2-0 up we should have manage the second half better. Hopefully with no mid week game, it will give the injured players time to recover and no doubt Saturday we will have full squad to pick from. Does anyone know what is happening with Mike Jones red card situation? Can anything be done about it since he was the wrong player to be sent off tuesday? Thought he done well today.

Very good first half and Mike Jones played well in front of back 4. Second half, for East Thurrock first goal, unbelievable, we just backed off and no one got in a tackle and the guy with out any challenge scored with a long range shot. He picked the ball up on the half way line and went completely unchallenged. Resilient to the end and managed a point. See Hungerford Manager has resigned.

Entertaining game of Football! We could of been out of sight early on, few chances squandered but they'll come!
Second half, just a ten minute lull/lack of concentration and it's all square. Tough league but I'm sure we'll adjust!
Interesting to see the Hungefords managers resigned, was going to resign "win lose or draw" yesterday. Must have something up his sleeve!
No game midweek, so a chance to recuperate and go again!

Apparently resigned at half time! Very strange!

Disappointed we got caught cold at the start of the second half. They'd been out on the pitch for some time - - they'd obviously received a verbal rocket - but we backed off their stand-out player and he made us pay.
The key is keeping Sands fit. He's clearly not 100% but we miss his know how when he's not on the pitch. Jones looks a very good player and I thought Josh M-W looked sharp when he came on, but seemed to want to overplay, probably trying too hard to make an impression. The next week or two should be interesting. Will the unused subs finally get a kick? Will one or two drift off, and will we get another one in? Wouldn't be surprised if it's the latter.
