v Weymouth, 24 January

From the Weymouth website. "Experienced bullies", eh? Never heard us described as that before!

Delighted for Lee Phillips who has worked so hard since returning from injury. Great result - well done Bluebirds

Re: v Weymouth, 24 January

Weymouth fans are not too happy, but fair play to them they acknowledge that they were second best and could have got beaten by a lot more!

And a cracking goal!

Re: v Weymouth, 24 January

A thoroughly deserved victory, should of been 3 up at half time. Missed 3 of the easiest chances all season and then Ferguson missed a one on one with the keeper just after half time.  Thought it was going to be one of those days but credit to all the players, difficult to single out a man of the match as they all gave everything. Great scenes at the end when Phillips powered in the last minute header. Fair play also to the ref who wasn't intimidated as the home crowd shouted for everything.

Re: v Weymouth, 24 January

The concencus on the Terras forum is that we deserved to win and that we could have been 3 at half time if we had brought our "shooting boots" . Great result and well done to the team with the only concern being our finishing which has been an issue all season. It sounds like our defenders were excellent.
