Chippenham Town v Frome Town.

A huge game for both sides, with Chippenhams poor recent form, and Fromes poor season so far. Especially with the way Frome finished last season,I know hopes were very high for a good season. Both sides will be looking to kick start the new year with the 3 points and the confidence the result will bring to push up the table. Our season so far has been injury after injury mainly to key players with Mark never able to play his strongest side. Suspension have not helped. We all know scoring goals has been our problem all season. It would be good to see Lee Phillips and Francis paired together up front, with Holgate dropping into an attacking midfield role. We have missed Jordan Roberts running power so much in the last 3 games, hopefully his knee has improved and he can start the game. With the visit of Biggleswade on Saturday to follow we need to start picking up points. Good luck to Mark,Tom and the boys lets get some pride and passion back in 2015.  Also wishing every one  a Happy & Prosperous New Year.

Re: Chippenham Town v Frome Town.

Agree with that Jonno, Just hope we can get a settled team in new year,Frome were very impressive last week im told. Injuries and bans have hurt us in truth, from the first ball kicked we have missed Griff then Philips, then Coupe,Smith was in good form and got injured Roberts looks injury prone to me. Without tempting fate only Preece has not been injured suspended or not available this season {i think} Keep the faith,Pride and Passion

Re: Chippenham Town v Frome Town.

There will always be injuries and suspensions, that's just football.

This is a results business and we need to ensure we're not recruiting players who are injury prone.

We need 4 points from our next two games to maintain the faith.

Before anyone says I'm not being negative , just realistic...
