Congratulations and appreciation are surely due to Iain on his 300th appearance for the club.

Ian Harvey, has matured over the years into a very steady player. He controls the centre of midfield with his eagerness and passion. Earlier in his carrer he was quite rash and head strong, but now he is a calm steady player.
Well done Harvs, many more games in the tank.

Cooky, I know everyone is entitled to their opinions on this Forum, but quite frankly your negativity and indirect digs at people on here is becoming boring. Have you nothing remotely positive to say about anyone or anything relating to CTFC ? As a club we are stabilising well on and off the field now, and your constant digs at individuals are not welcome. If you have an issue, which clearly you have, come to the next Bluesbar Meeting on Sunday 18/01/15 and tell us your grievances. Look forward to seeing you.

Do not bite, just ignore him, he is not worth the time or air time.

Oh dear.
The wink was clearly lost on you.

300 games is a great achievement for Harvs. He's got his detractors but I've always been a fan of his. 10 years with one club is rare these days and he's been (still is) a great servant. Very fit for someone in his mid-30's and always gives his all, which can obviously lead to trouble occasionally (he's probably lost 50 games to suspensions at least over the 10 years) but his contribution to the club should not be under estimated. The quickest witted player I've ever come across, very good for dressing room banter, and always a legend for his goal at Basingstoke to put us in the first round proper of the FA Cup.
Harvs, if that doesn't earn me a drink I don't know what will 😉

He certainly wrote himself into the history books that day and sent the travelling CTFC fans into absolute delirium.

Remember it well and the few hundred fans crammed into their clubhouse after watching the first round draw with the players will live long in the memory!
