Time for everyone to come together and push for a nice home win here. The team will thank themselves later in the year if we have notched up some points in this type of game, and kept some space between us and the relegation zone.
Hopefully the pitch won't be too sodden after this evenings further deluge?

A tough game today, Weymouth seem to have got over there mid season dip in form, with off the field problems taking there toll on results. They have won there last 3 games. We will have to be at it right from the kick off, Mark & Tom need to keep them focused for the full 90 minutes. The shape and balance of the side has looked better in the last few games the players are learning what the management team are expecting from them. Good luck to Mark, Tom & the boys today. Like Codebird says lets all get behind our team today.

Thanks to the Weymouth fans who boosted our crowd to the highest of the season. You were a great bunch and must be cheesed off with the weather. But it's about time we had a bit of luck and Weymouth won the toss and chose to kick into the elements (the wind dropped after half time). Their keeper also gifted us the second goal.

Great 3 points today in appalling conditions! Thought the boy King did really well and Tindle was immense at the back. Also a very important save by Ben John at 2-1 when Weymouth were pushing for an equaliser. I think this was a very important win and we need to build on it with another good result on Tuesday night against St Neots which is another vital game.
Well done to all concerned

Great win - is that the first time we've beaten them at home? The weather in the first half was the worst I can remember at Hardenhuish Park in my memory, absolutely horrendous, but credit to both teams for sticking at it. Our performance was excellent I thought, some great defending, lots of graft in midfield and some intelligent play up front. Hopefully Phillips' injury won't keep him out on Tuesday.
Agree with previous poster, great set of fans from Weymouth.

Don't think so, IL. Didn't we beat them at home a couple of seasons ago, in midweek, with a very, very late winner?
(Or was it last season? Can't remember)

It's good to leave the ground happy. Today was the strong performance we hoped for. Some excellent performances, the shape was good throughout the game. The first half conditions were appalling, Rob Deanes opening goal was typical of Rob, he seems to get on the end of things because of his mobility, Rob and Byran Smith bossed the midfield for most of the game. Johnsie pulled off an outstanding save when the game was in the balance. Well done Johnsie and good luck with the baby. Let's keep this going against St Neots on Tuesday. Things are definetly moving in the right direction. We needed a result today. Well done Mark, Tom and the lads.

Obviously being so close we had the same weather, was abysmal and when our GK was kicking it, it was literally coming back to him, add to that the sweeping rain that came in and it was certainly not pleasant.
Not sure the last time we have both gone away from a home game happy on the same day
