That's a shame. A decent crowd of 1104 for the league's only match.

Great attendance

Its a shame when you cant get a bit raucous at a football game to be honest. Banned for this banned for that. No wonder they have to play music to get the crowd excited when someone scores these days - we've all been lobotomised by years of people telling us that fluffy bunnie time is the best way forward.

Try telling the family of this poor chap that banning of flares is fluffy bunnie....!

It all looks good natured in this clip.

Look on the Hemel twitter site and you will see a flare thrown on the pitch towards keeper - even the Hemel true fans are having a moan about these morons

Someone once threw a pot noodle for the Team Bath goalkeeper at our place. - Chicken Curry I think it was. Chitty proved there and then he wasn't a real student - he didn't eat it, he handed it to a steward.
The point is of course, anywhere on the pitch is 'towards' someone.

Firing a distress flare in the direction of a crowd is a recipe for disaster. Tossing one onto the pitch probably isn't a good idea, but there is a big difference.
