Tonight

Looking forward to the game tonight.

Will definitely be more interesting than England vs Germany!

Any predictions?

I'm going for a 2-0 home win! Chippenham that is, not England!

Afternoon Bluebirds

Looking forward to this evening very much. Have not been since new management.

Hear there is a few missing tonight??  can anyone shed a light on this??

Re: Tonight

We are missing a couple of lads from our back-line. Jack Allward is injured and out for a while. Greg Tindle is suspended, this is the last match of his suspension. Also, Ross Adams returned to Basingstoke last week after his loan expired. Hopefully the new lads who've been drafted in can dig deep.
Is James Guthrie suspended?

Anyway, it's a long distance for Truro to come up on a Tuesday night (They're actually our furthest away match this season, I think!), and we've got a lot of guts in our team recently. I'm hopeful of pulling off a decent result tonight.

Re: Tonight

What ever was said at half time has worked... Half time team talk worked Saturday and certainly has tonight! Dean has had a fantastic debut!

Re: Tonight

It sounds like you were right about Chippenham being better to watch than England this evening.

Re: Tonight

First half we were stretched and Bulman kept us in the game with a couple of great saves.  Different story second half where we created chances and took them, although Truro played as though they were still in the game and got a great consolation goal near the end.  Like the look of Dean in centre mid, tall and mobile, but again everyone put in a real shift and got their rewards.  Well done lads.

Re: Tonight

Excellent performance. Second half was just wonderful. Great show. Griffin was really unlucky not to get a hat-trick tonight.

Re: Tonight

Really enjoyed tonight's game, the breaks went our way in the first half, a very young make shift side missing key players worked there socks off and we beat an inform Truro side, the second half had some quality football, youngsters Tyrone Leigh and Shane Blackmore defended solidly in the centre of our defence, although looked very tired in the last ten. A really good solid performance tonight, Griff so unlucky not to get a hat trick. A great start for Mark & Tom,well done lads. Smiles on faces at the end of the game. Things are turning around at Chippenham, The Mojo is returning.
