Has anybody seen or heard ant evidence that he won't get the job, especially if he wins today, why him?

He has the support of the players, of course they might be worried that a new man would bring in his own men.

Performances have been ok under his regin and he's now being allowed to sign players, so the board must have confidence in him, of course, we were also in dire need of defenders.
What happened to Blackmore and the Park players coming through, short lived expirement?

As someone said to me breaking away rom the status quo would be a bold move for the board and we don't do bold things, so I fully expect Winter to be appointed next Friday.

In respect of Chippenham park players coming through, have you seen how many goals they've conceded? Don't think there is anyone there that could perform at this level. That will take time. Blackmore seems to have one injury after another at the moment, and i bet he's gutted to have missed a great chance to secure a spot in the team. The manager situation is interesting, and it all could depend on how we perform over the next 2 games.

Steve Winters lost my vote by his attitude and language to the officials at todays game,hopefully some one with a more mature approach will be appointed.

I expect he knew what hinged on todays game. The board should do the right thing and go for the ling term option. Even if that means taking a step backwards.

Cooky it is known for managers to move clubs, my point was need to move forward we need someone a bit different. The board needs to be brave!! Do you disagree???

Talking out of your nappy covered arse as far as DP is concerned. Perrin knows what he's doing, but he's doing it at Melksham. By the same token there's as much chance of the pope doing the team talk next Saturday as Perrin = So you will have your way, and yes we should be brave, but an interview is a two way process. What can our board offer our potential manager in terms of funding vs target?
