Swindon game
Went last night and tempo was higher than a lot of pre season games l have seen and gave some hope for the coming season.
My main reason for going along, as I expect was same for others, was to see our new signings in action. Saw some promising signs but as no team announcements made didn’t have a clue who the new signings were(recognised one or two from photos) and who were trialists.I can understand not naming trialists but at least it would have been nice to know which players were actually signed on. It was annoying standing there for the whole game asking those around you if they recognised who was who.

I would agree with that, I only recognised three Chippenham players. It seemed very different to last years game when Swindon started with almost their first choice eleven. A great strike by Henry Sady to ultimately win the game. Fair play to Chippenham for holding out in the second half against the likes of Ollie Palmer. Attendance I believe was 717, not bad considering there was a World Cup semi-final on.
