At the Frome game I was told Freddie is out for up to 12 weeks and Candice for a month.

Might be top secret but has anything come out officially from CTFC on the AAH situation? Is Williams still at the club? Two days until the start of the season was expecting to find out by now especially if there are as stated on this thread injury issues with defenders.

You could make a case for Poffley being ready for that starting spot alongside Haines, at least while Canice and Freddie are out. Dan Ellison came into the team under somewhat similar circumstances and that turned out well enough. That being said our first month of fixtures is very tough on paper.
Colwell was I think the only right back at the club and whilst no doubt a good player he had a difficult pre season. As far as I can tell Fleming is primarily a right back so good to add another option there.

Not sure what pre-season you’ve been watching Eden but most of the goals we have conceded have come from play down our left hand side. Although I guess your post is rather typical of what I’ve seen on here recently…criticising young players and bemoaning a lack of experience.
