Made a last minute decision to go to the game last night. Summary of observations:

- Tight game, slow pitch but started well.
- Taunton then defended very deep and well to their credit
- Game trickling to a 0-0 at half time until an error from
Trialist gave Seymour a 1v1 and goal
- Start of the second half Taunton started well and should have been 2-0 up
- We then made 4/5 changes and took control of the game
- Created 3/4 really good chances in the last 15 and should have levelled as a minimum

Team that ended the game looked much better than what started and dominated as a result. Freddie Grant went off injured early and just seem to drop with nobody near him.  Error aside, wasn’t blown away with the trialist. No Mehew, Colwell, King and Carroll so hopefully that is for commitments rather than injuries?  Messenger played again and did well again and young lad Royston also played very well coming on the right hand side.  Touray and Parsons looked to work better with each other but both should have scored.
