I won't stress about narrow defeats to professional football clubs, I will worry if the performance from Saturday is the same against Aveley this weekend.

Unfortunately though, it is not just the professional football clubs that they are doing absolutely nothing against!!

I can’t be the only supporter who when arriving for home games hopes and prays we are going to change our totally negative game plan. But sadly that desire vanishes within minutes of the kickoff.
So how to make changes:
I would like to see the management team throw their laptops away, ignore the statistics info and last but not least drop the “Academy style” of playing football. We all know where that’s come from!!
All these things are killing our current style of play!
After the game on Saturday Gary talked about “containing” the opposition. Well it worked but it is killing our brand of football and boring the supporters to tears!! They pay hard earned money to be entertained not watch negative play.
I agree with others we don’t appear to have a “plan B” when things don’t work. This was highlighted when we took Parsons off and brought McClure on. Surely playing two forwards is better than one when you are loosing!
Finally why oh why did we bring in another midfield player when we have Rex Mannings, Jake Evans and Ty Johnson sitting on the bench or not even in the matchday squad. What we really need is a big forward to give away team defences more trouble defensively.

Chippys last paragraph hits the nail on its head.Everybody seems to be in agreement that a big striker is what we want, apart from the people who really count. You only have to see what AAH brings to the attack when he is pushed upfront,
