Who sets the prices for friendly games. At Chippenham I paid £3 as a senior,go to Melksham today £8 for a senior. If at Melksham some of the admission was given to charity fair enough.Do I assume the home club sets the charges and do they keep all the proceeds after all expenses are paid, or is the profit shared. If at today’s Melksham take everything, I think Chippenham should review there admission prices.Must admit the games against Supermarine and Larkhall far more entertaining than today’s game.If anyone says I didn’t have to pay and should have gone straight home, reflecting on the game maybe I should have,it wasn’t the best.

Don't know what Melksham usually charge but I think our prices of £5 adult are very generous. You'd think clubs should charge less for these games but can't blame Melksham for wanting to cash in when the big boys come to town

I went to Melksham in Tuesday evening to see Bath City's 3-0 win and we got charged £10 for an adult ticket. There was an official by the turnstiles saying that because we were National South the authorities said that we had to have a National South ref who was on £150.00. It was the same for Bath City at home to Port Vale the previous Saturday that we had to have a league ref who was on £330.00 for the match.
